About Bulgaria - Holiday in Bulgaria
Welcome to Bulgaria, a land of fascination, history, growth and prosperity.
Bulgaria borders the Black Sea to the east while Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro form its western border with Greece and Turkey to the south and Romania to the north.

Bulgaria peacefully said goodbye to Communism in 1990 and since then has been flourishing in tourism, the people are beautiful and they welcome foreign nationals with a celebration, unfortunately much unlike some of their Balkan Neighbours who have a tendency to be destructive regarding foreign nationals.
The population of Bulgaria numbers some 8.4 million and is comprised mainly of Bulgarians, approximately 84%, with some 9% of the population being Turks. The remaining comprises of British Permenant Residents with some German and Swiss folk.

Three beautiful places in Bulgaria that Villa Marine Lifestyles Bulgaria recommends is Sofia, Trigrad Gorge and Sunny Beach.
Sofia.

The Centre is paved with Yellow Cobblestones.

As in Central Government Buildings throughout the world, we know them as 10,Downing street, The white House and The Kremlin, In Bulgaria, the Central Government office above is known as 'The largo'

As opposed to other Euro Cities, Sofia Does boast a modern Tramway System.
For those Tram enthusiasts among us visit http://www.thetrams.co.uk/
TRIGRAD GORGE

This place is spectacular and absolutely stunning, the gorge walls start off in the south about 1.2km from the village of Trigrad and continue north, the walls are 300m high and at the start of the gorge are 300m apart. As you continue northwards they narrow down to just 100km apart forcing the road into just one lane only. Not a road for joy riders.

SUNNY BEACH AND NESSEBAR
If you want to just come on holiday and just laze on the beach, then Sunny Beach, Bulgaria is the place, Golden sands, very low tidal surge and clean seas.

Above is the main beach in Nessebar.
